Everything was great and as expected.

Vert pretty hotel with a great location. A lot of stores, bars and restaurants around.

La habitación es muy amplia y siempre limpia. Algunas personas del staff de reservaciones no fueron de mucha ayuda pero hay otra gente en el día final de nuestra estadía que si nos ayudaron muy amablemente. A la hora del check in la información sobre el hotel y ciertos detalles importantes como donde era el desayuno y donde podía encontrar otros restaurantes no fueron mencionados. El desayuno es muy variado Tiene muy buena ubicación para ir a Casco Viejo o al centro en busca de restaurantes y bares.

Well appointed, friendly staff on site and excellent location. Noise from the outside does get in but it didnt bother us too much. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great and as expected.

Overall, good resort. We really enjoyed staying in this location. Breakfast was good, but lunch/dinner buffet are overpriced and not that great. Swimming pools were great and we had fun. But ocean front of the resort, I wouldn't dip my body in there. Nice to watch. Staffs were excellent, other restaurants were ok. Location is out of the way, so each time we wanted to go to other locations (ie. Castco Veijo) it took good 20-30 minutes. There is only one major bridge connecting, so morning (7-9 AM) and afternoon (3:30-7 PM), I would avoid these time spots. View from hotel was just amazing!!! You can see ships waiting to enter canal. Night view was great as well!!!
