We had an incredible stay.. special shout out to Chris, who met us when we arrived, help us unload our luggage…showed us to our room and gave us plenty of great recommendations in the area….was warm friendly and such a pleasure to be around….he made sure we had whatever we needed. Kyle behind the front desk was warm and friendly and always helpful.. breakfast was delicious and our waiter.. ( who was born and raised in the Bronx) was attentive and friendly… we will definitely be returning!!!

I had a wonderful experience during my first stay in New York.
The location was great, and having complimentary coffee and water, as well as free access to the laundry facilities and gym, was incredibly convenient and helpful.
The room was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly, so I didn’t experience the usual stresses you sometimes encounter when staying at hotels overseas.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and having someone available 24 hours a day gave me a great sense of security and peace of mind.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit New York. I hope they continue to maintain the hotel in its current condition so I can look forward to another equally comfortable and happy stay next time.
