We deliberately chose a room with a balcony only to discover on arrival that ongoing work precluded us from accessing it. This could have been made clear when we were booking it. The carpet was in sad shape but otherwise we were happy with the room.

A really nice boutique hotel. A king size bed in a small space gives the rest of the room a larger feeling and a nice size bathroom & shower. A great stay.

First room had a smell but fro t deal moved us to a new room without fuss. Awesome location, rooftop pool was so nice but had to pay to use sauna which was a shame. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Great room and location good value for money.

The suites and rooms there were absolutely fantastic. It’s nice to have your own apartment right in the heart of where everything is. On a completely different note, my wife ended up, injuring her leg and we were not able to travel for eight days after our checkout time because of the injury. The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic in helping us, finding ways to save us money, and absolutely taking care of us every way that they can physically and financially during trying times. It really shows a lot when you have a situation and they come through with five stars. Highly recommend this place and anytime I’m in Sydney will definitely be staying here.

Room clean staff friendly close to shops

Room was great, huge bed,location amazing but the men front of house, not that happy or helpful
