Bathroom has no door. Window could barely opened, very dark room

The restaurant in the hotel is amazing staff is amazing everything is on point l.

Just okay! Rooms are old and carpet spotted. Reception staff not friendly.

The room was nice and clean. However, the hotel was extremely noisy, and I woke up multiple times during the night because of the noise throughout the property. In addition, the staff was not helpful. I lost my sunglasses at the main entrance and called the hotel within less than five minutes, but unfortunately they were not helpful at all in trying to assist or follow up.

Very attentive staff, clean room, felt very welcomed. We enjoyed the rooftop, great service and vibe, the views! We liked that there were water stations on each floor. It’s great to have the simple things.

Location is excellent. Staff were friendly and responsive. Heated pool and jacuzzi were wonderful.

Comfortable room and bed, sweet and helpful staff, good gym, the pool is just okay. didn't use it after we saw it was next to a highway and the cars racing by were very loud. Plus there weren't many chaise loungers and the sun was partially obstructed.
