Great place for the family

We had a great time. They were just a couple. I wanna say insignificant annoyances, but did not affect our stay or experience. The ice machine on our floor was out the whole time had to go to different floors for ice, even though I told the staff about it, never saw anyone working on it. The phone in our room didn’t work and found this out when the elevator went out and couldn’t call the front desk we were on the eighth floor. And then the only USB charging port had somehow been gutted and non-usable. But like I said, these were just minor inconveniences our total stay was great. staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place, right next to the beach, beds super comfy. Had issue with the bathroom and the TV. Not a lot of reasonable food options.

Our first trip to Hilton Head and so glad we picked a place in Palmetto Dunnes. The unit was perfect for our family of 5, tons of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable, I’m short and had to hop into the king bed. Appreciated the 3 bathrooms and convenient laundry. Quick walk to beach and pool. Beautiful lagoon views from windows. Definitely recommend renting bikes and biking around the resort, it’s gorgeous! Only issue was after a 12 hr drive arrived at 5 pm to find the unit not cleaned with towels on the floor and bed unmade. Cleaners were there in 10 minutes and cleaned while we went to get groceries which was nice but still stressful. Would stay again.
