My boyfriend and I went on vacation here for 6 days. The staff treated us wonderfully. Winston was out butler when we rented our pool cabana and was such great energy, very attentive, and treated us very well! I was hesitant to book this place because of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and during our stay, that we did not experience anything all of these bad reviews are saying. We were greeted with a delicious cocktail upon arriving. Checkin was very welcoming and seamless. They had our bags to our room about 15 minutes after we checked in. The rooms were clean, up to date, spacious, beautiful property, the food was about a 7/10 from the buffet, but I give all of the restaurants on the resort a 9.5/10. The lady working the omelet station in the morning was so sweet, and we found the omelet were the best item out of breakfast. The pool was great, I highly recommend renting a private cabana with a private pool near the swim up bar for the whole day was only $160. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back!

First time staying at the property. The landscaping and scale of the property is great, we had a great time driving around and exploring. The beach was well maintained, and staff were all friendly. Some of the restaurants were just ok, but I didn't go in expecting anything spectacular. My main gripe was honestly with the other people staying on the property (Cant say if that was home owners or visitors). Didn't feel uncommon to have a smile and wave met with a scowl when passing by on a golf cart. Overall, everything within the control of the resort was great

This resort’s staff was second to none! Everyone was extremely friendly and made you feel as if you were the only guest they were taking care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely go back.

I’ve visited this hotel a few times over the years and its by far the most consistent as it relates to food and service! I would 1000% recommend! Pepa from Entertainment team was amazing, she’s so much fun and energetic!
