Housekeeping went above and beyond. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The Honey and Salt restaurant had delicious food. There were many options for restaurants within the hotel. The terrace garden on level 6 was beautiful along with the rooftop hot tub and aqua lounge. The location is fantastic especially if going to an event at BC place or Rogers arena. The aqua taxi is accessible within a couple minute walk. It was a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse station to catch the train to and from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

There was really nothing to complain about other than the 50.00/night parking for the hotel I stayed at. When spending 800.00’for 2 nights, the extra 100.00 was a surprise. I didn’t see it listed anywhere in the booking itself. I understand now that it is a Vancouver thing…..but I would have chose elsewhere it was noted prior, considering we flew in from another province
