We loved the whole aloha vibes. Great location and perfect pool to warm up in and relax after the sun goes down. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to be in the heart of it all. Get some food and coffee here too!

Staff was amazing, one room was ready early and the other did take a while past check in but they were very accommodating! Loved my stay

Everything was great except partial ocean view means you have to go out and hang over the side of the balcony to see the ocean!

Overall good experience and staff was pleasant. The valet team was great and I was able to get my car fast. Resort fee was pretty high and the amenities was not special besides the pool, the gym was super small with only a few machines.The floor our room was on smelled really bad, the bidet did not work, and the window shade did not work at times. We paid $35 each for the breakfast buffet as ans everything was cold and over cooked.

I just want complain my reservation was partial view ocean room ! When arrived check in counter they said my room is face garden no ocean view ? If I want partial ocean view one day need extra charge $100 per day ! That is unfair but at the moment I don’t have choice paid $100 extra per day to have partial ocean view ! I need Expedia explain to me !

Great location, very walkable to shops and food! First timer in Hawaii the island is beautiful! Go out and explore the island! Pool is very busy, full both on the adult side and family side there seems to be little to no pool service. I guess I’m used to more hospitable pool sides ( I went end of Sept) I also noticed ppl with wrist bands in the pool area from other resorts so it’s not an exclusive pool area ( downfall for me) Weird smell from room toilet (had to shut door to sleep) hated using it reminded me of a public restroom Staff was great and always very helpful! One thing id like to mention is the usage of the cabanas and resort chairs I feel like as resort guest it should be included should not be at an additional cost. I’ve never experienced this except Disney type vacations. All this being said I probably would not stay at the Sheraton again but I will definitely be visiting the island!

The hotel was located near the beach and had many choices of different places to eat. I enjoyed the free yoga and Pilates classes offered to guest.

Overall the hotel looks old, old carpet in room, cold shower, expensive parking, no elevators.
