Excellet property wirh amazing views

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. we arrived very early and left very late, and we were given a complementary room upgrade (with a phenomenal view of the F1 pit lane/Victory Parade square) and use of the facilties both before and after our stay! Some standouts: the friendly welcome and help with checkin/checkout requests from Ramiz and Rauf in the lobby, Yasin in the Lounge for whom nothing was too much trouble (and even helped me learn more Azerbaijani!), Itlik from the Sky Grill who made our anniversary dinner so special, and Gulyia from the Spa, whose massage I can still feel! Thank you so much to all those I haven’t mentioned as well! Wouldn't dream of spending a night in Baku anywhere else!

Room was excellent. Lors of space and view that took your breath away. Shower was large with a good supply of toiletries. Tv, coffee maker ,iron and ironing board also a kettle and hair dryer. The cleaning staff were superb, dealing with an inquiry even though we didn't speak the same language

Beautiful property with large, gorgeous rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The location is great and very close to the Bulvar. Lots of restaurant options once you get to Bulvar also, and easy transportation via taxi or limousine. I would recommend views to the old city (Icherisheher), as the sea view rooms also face a busy street in the front. From the back, you can see the ancient city, it's quiet, and you have a great view of the Flame Towers. I would try to go to Baku when they're not preparing for Formula 1, which puts fences all over the area and detracts from the beauty.

I was offered a nice room with a sea view immediately upon arrival. Everything seemed to work. Room cleaning was okay, but I think they did not use vacuum cleaning often or left some areas dusted. Once I was almost denied pool access at 10:00 pm, although the reception said they close at 10:30. Breakfast was very modest and same everyday.
