The staff was very accommodating for an early check in. Great view and lovely amenities.

We had several issues. I booked 2 rooms together but they ended up placing our two rooms in separate buildings. When we asked to put us in same building, one of our rooms was smaller, smelled like smoke and one bathtub broken. We were told no other choice if in same room. The room that was as we expected, (C213), several appliances were broken. The oven made a noice and under heated but wouldn’t cool down when shut off. The blender was broken and there was mouldy food in our cupboard. We had no choice so dealt with all of it, but were disappointed that the hotel staff would not find us two rooms together at a satisfactory level. I was given discount on the insufficient room so appreciated that.

Clean spacious room. Conveniently located.

The room was excellent, clean, only thing the door access code did not work on the main door we had to walk around and down throught the parkaid,
