The staff were exceptional and very welcoming, a friendly face with lots of help and information. Room was spacious, well equipped, light and airy, location perfect for both airport and Sydney centre/harbour.

Great location, friendly staff, small comfortable room perfect for what I needed

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Close to team and paddy’s market and darling harbour. Breakfast good, lifts slow.

Was such a lovely hotel to stay in. So central and room so lovely. Had great sleep and loved the breakfast too. Staff were so professional and friendly. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

A perfect balance of walking and relaxing- an amazing vibe. Refurb work well under way and did not detract from the experience at all. Great location; great staff , will be a place to visit again and again .

Close to Central Station that suited us

Excellent location to airport. However we arrived on an earlier flight due to ongoing turmoil in the Middle East. After an 30 hour flight, asked for an early check in on which we were charged £90 extra, which I thought was extornianate, overall cost for one nights stay just under £300. No leeway given on price regarding circumstances from manager.

Great place to stay. Pools (multiple)are gorgeous and gym is huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location by the beach and shops. We had a toilet separate from the shower area and a spacious room with a lovely view of the pools and beach.
