Beautiful setting and very quiet! Our view of the marina was partially blocked by a tree, but it was still very nice. The room was clean and parking was easy.

Super close to UC B campus. Not much amenities in the hotel services ( for example no ice or filtered water fountain for refil). Also, I got burned by hot coffee at lobby, but I can't find a quick access for cold water to deminish the pain ( the first floor bath room dose not have cold water ... ^_^, bad luck to me)
