The property is beautiful and comfortable. Convenient location to walk to restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Couple of notes, when we left the elevators weren’t working and there was no sign or notification letting us know so we waited for quite some time. Then had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with our baggage.

WE ARRIVED AT 9AM AND WEREN'T CHECKED IN UNTIL WE COMPLAINED LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN WE SAW OTHERS CHECKED AS THEY ARRIVED. WE WERE TOLD SOME STRANGE TALE ABOUT THE KIND OF ROOM WE WERE GETTING. MADE NO SENSE AT ALL. SERVICE WAS GOOD AFTER CHECK IN BUT CHECK IN WAS A NIGHTMARE.
