Facilities, location, rooms, breakfast, amsuement like swimming pool all standout. Rooms were very spacious, clean and service every single day. Great place to stay.

Staff is very helpful and provided umbrellas on a rainy day. Food and service was great. The only thing we didn't like was that when we checked in ( around 11.30pm), porter took our tiny light cabin bag, and said- foolow me. we were so tired and in the lift i thought why is he going with us. Allhe did was to open the door to our room, and waited for a tip. I didn't have small notes, so gave him 200 Turkish lira for 30 seconds help.

Everything was perfect ,Reception ,My room with a view on 15.th floor ,Jazz night at the lobby ( No music charge for hotel customers ) ,location ( restaurants,coffees around ,Price was reasonable ,Award winner restaurant at the roof ( Mikla ) .3 fast elevator ..the only problem is car parking ,If you leave to the valet ok but if you want to park by yourself electrical cars is not allowed at their garage ..I will definitely come again .Thanks ❤️❤️😻

My stay was amazing. The manager helped us promptly and let us check in early when it was raining outside. I would definitely stay here in the future. The rooms were clean and beautiful

The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and had lots of variety. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was ok, should have a better coffee machine and juice.
