South West Division Kid friendly Vacations

Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there.

Loved our stay at Hotel Ora, Resorts World Sentosa! Super smooth check-in/out and very accommodating staff. Loved the thoughtful perks: free drinks in the minibar, hallway ice dispenser, and drinking water refill station. The room has a cool retro vibe, spacious bathroom with double sinks (perfect for our family of four), and the lobby grab-and-go food/drinks were super convenient. The pool was a bit chilly (would love heated water next time). Overall, it was quiet, clean, and peacefully relaxing. Highly recommend — we’d happily return! 5/5 🌟

The rooms are great but due to COVID the buffet breakfast was not available. Unfortunately the replacement was very disappointing. The food was very 2nd rate and obviously lacking any thought. Sausages were tasteless, For the price paid we would have been much better off going to McDonalds or the closest hawker centre.

Our heartfelt thanks to Butler Khant for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay. Excellent hospitality! His warmth, kindness, and the way he connected with our toddler — even giving her thoughtful little gifts — meant so much to us. He truly made our experience unforgettable. We’ll be back again ! Room ( Junior suite) was spacious great shower bathroom, bed was comfortable only complaint is the lounge chair this was uncomfortable to sit on very hard. Room probably could do with a deep clean get into all the little nooks and crannies that dirt gets stuck into but daily house keeping did a good job. Staff were amazing 10/10 nothing an issue for them. MJ gets special attention for her enthusiasm and love for life and others. The food that we had was good, chicken wings and Satay sticks yum. Breakfast had a good variety and was always fresh, I would have like Cornflakes instead of Coco pops. The only thing about where we stayed (room) it was a bit of a walk to the dining room and lots of stairs my old knees were aching after 6 days but I would go back but in a different room Thank you Amara for a good week.

Staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious, dinner are amazing and a big swimming pool and a must try fuss massage
