Mojave Desert Kid friendly Vacations

Our a/c was not working at all we arrived at 4 pm and left the hotel to go down at 6 pm and left the a/c on at the lowest level because it wasn’t cooling we arrived back at the room at around 11 pm and nothing it was hot. They offered to send a technician from 12 to 1 am it was late we were sleepy so refused and they offered a fan and accepted it they brought it up within about 30 minutes which was good but still not the same. Next day at 11 am or so technician came and fixed the issue and it cooled within the 2 or 3 hours which was a lot behest than the night before but being a luxury hotel you don’t expect that we did record boucher as credit but for me it doesn’t compensate suffering the heat for a whole night especially considering the Bellagio hotel. But it was late and where sleepy so we just took the fan that night. Other than that it’s a great hotel with lots to do maybe just our luck that day.

We had a long stay due to a summer intensive and at Embassy Suites, Las Vegas we felt at home. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, clean and the beds extremely comfortable, there is a living room and a desk that makes life way easier when away from home for a long time. Complimentary breakfast is amazing!! We would look forward to it every day!! I will definitely stay at Embassy suites again and highly recommend!

Loved the room lots of space, clean and really comfortable. Staff was terrific all around polite and accommodating at every turn. Really liked pool areas. Casino was well laid out and fun. All around great look forward to going back

We've stayed in both Venetian and Palazzo and both have been so awesome. Only two nights and we never went anywhere else. You don't have to.

The check in took is 1 hou at 2 am. The Li.ne was huge, with 3 people working. The rooms are 0 sound proof and you can here the next door people as if they are in your room. And people are disrespectful. I was woken up every day at 5. The line to Starbucks in the morning was also 1 hour because again 2 people working. Greedy managers.

Hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. Rooms were new and clean very spacious. Jason at the pool bar was amazing. Took care of us all day. Made sure the whole family was taken care of and having fun.
