Friendly stuff, great location

Clean, convenient, the bathroom was smaller than expected but overall we were pleased with our stay

Game room was great for the kids

I liked the hotel location, restaurants near, where you can find what to eat, what about the hotel itself, even though i booked renovated room in tapa collection, ocian view, but it was just a regular room, where Ac was not working on our two days , than on 3rd day it started leaking on the floor, than we called a person to fix it, but system of the Ac was totally different, not like other hotel i have been, you should turn it off do not get cold, or turn it on and it's working without being turned on or off when it comes to your desired temperature, they said it's just a fan that starts to work after, but not, fan can blow that much cold, strange system, in the room no clock anywhere, you should always check your phone to see what time it is, coffee maker was very dated, not even kcups version, but papers, and each time you have to remember to turn it to one cap or two, if you don't it will start to make water everywhere, toilet when you flush, the water first blow on you up, than start flushing very little not enough pressure. Even though i liked the location, the busy area of hotel, the staff were nice, but will not stay in that hotel again. thanks.

Staff was great only complaint is only one elevator for the tower we stayed in so long wait times for elevator.

We found the stay to be overall average and not worth the high nightly cost. The breakfast options were disappointing for vegetarians. There were no healthy vegetarian protein choices, and the yogurt provided was low quality and very high in sugar. As a result, we ended up eating breakfast outside the hotel. Parking was another major downside. Self-parking directions were not clearly provided, and staff made it feel as though valet was the only option. While the valet staff themselves were very kind and professional, the cost—over $60 per night plus tips—did not feel justified. There were also several maintenance and usability issues. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work, the paper towels were very low quality, and the elevator system frequently failed to properly read key cards. This often required multiple attempts and sometimes resulted in missing the intended floor, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price, and we would not consider it good value for money.

Friendly staff, Our family enjoyed.

Game room was great for the kids

Quiet area right next to a creek and walking trail. Room was excellent. Staff was friendly. Stayed here with family, and would definitely stay again when in the area.
