Convent location. Honestly, my kids talked about the breakfast the most. The loved the food. Eating outdoors on the patio area in the morning. That was great. Huge hit. Overall, for me, standard hotel for the area. Good marks all around. Helpful staff. Nice that they loan out boogie boards and such. We were in a small room…but that was on us. Make sure you get an appropriate sized rook for your group.

Nice hotel but be ready to pay additional fees per day, $65 parking and $30 amenity fees per day

We had an issue with flooding in our water view room moved to another less comparable room. However this situation was rectified by the hotel management in a successful manner, so happy with our stay.

Staff is great, resort is a bit crowded for the pool with a hot tub. But the rest is fine

Pillows were not comfortable and the remote for the TV was not working all the time. The sliding doors were difficult to close. I did like how clean the property was.

Maybe it’s just me but they nickel and dime for everything. Target is across the street so stock up on water and sunscreen.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay with the family. The location is across Seaport Village, marina, and tour cruises. Gaslamp amd restaurants just blocks away and the bay view each morning was gorgeous! Staff was super friendly and even got to check in early. Beds comfy and rooms had everything you need for family or groups. Gym was small but had the basics. The indoor pool was small and had ton of chlorine and for a heated pool it needed to be warmer especially because California nights are chilly. Breakfast was great and very busy so get there early cuz the last hour had a crazy long line. Happy hour was really nice. It’s valet only so make sure you have change for tipping. Two thumbs up for me!!
