Great bar and restaurant. Location was a little far, but it was a great value.

This hotel was perfection. Great price for what you get. Service, cleanliness, comfort. Centrally located.

Location was the best part about this place.. literally right on the Time Square plaza.. great places to eat and close to the subway line

Great location. Lovely room with all you need for a nice stay! Bar is wonderful and the food is very good for breakfast. Staff friendly and all helpful and work hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Convenient to Times Square, Theater District, Subway lines, and Restaurant Row. Highly recommend it and will stay there again! Well done on converting this to a great hotel!

Will definitely stay again

Place was immaculate. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We were moving our kid out of a dorm so we had over 10 luggage pieces. The staff made it so easy handling all of it for us. Easily the best place we’ve stayed at in NYC. One minor complaint, the room service menu offers an overnight menu. After a long day and evening, we’d planned to use this service, only to be told it’s been discontinued. The menu should be updated, we could have planned differently.
