Puget Sound Kid friendly Vacations

Large, lovely room. For the price we paid, we were put right next to a storage closet which was accessed all morning and into the night (both days) for the housekeeping towels and supplies. (Door opened and closed every few minutes). When I called down to the front desk, the man told me he’d “never been to the 8th floor and had no idea what was next to my room”. He said he’s send someone up to check on it, but it made no difference. We noticed it almost as soon as we checked in, but no effort was made to accommodate a change.

Very beautiful hotel. I think our expectations were just set higher than what was delivered, but it is obviously a good hotel

My credit card was not working for my damage deposit and Luke pulled some strings to allow me to pay that with cash which I greatly appreciated

It was very well maintained only problem was while waiting to check in restrooms were locked.room was very clean 👌
