Good located, excellent breakfast,room is clean and staff is helpful.

Location is superb near to shopping malls eateries MTR stations, room clean and spacious Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. Kudos to all.

It is my first stay at this hotel and the staff are very friendly, The room is very clean and we also got some night time snacks as well. I will stay there again.

They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.

We happened to have dinner at Jade River one night and noticed the service has been greatly improved, since we’d a very bad experience last time we tried their tasting menu, especially the server named Likhung, if my memory serves me correctly, serviced at a level above and beyond our expectations. Congrats to the management
