The Hilton has myriad of requirements for using the pool and hot springs. It's not possible just to walk into the pool area and start using it. We couldn't even see the pool because we were not appropriately attired, meaning we weren't wearing swimming clothes. The rooms are small and so are the bathroom and enclosed toilet.

Great staying experience. Staff provides very good service. Every staff I interacted with spoke good English.
The indoor and outdoor onsen make our experience even better.
Food is good quality though a little expensive.
Overall, it’s worth the money spent.

Just a room with zero service and maintenance
"Since we paid for this hotel the same that we paid for a nice new hotel in Central Tokyo, I was expecting at least the basic service. The staff didn't speak any English with the exception of a lady who was called on the phone to give us basic information, but she said she was taking the day off. ..."
