Awesome location, but the hotel was very dirty and seemed lacking maintenance like I did not expect it to be look in such rough shape considering it has such a high rating in Expedia. But the staff was fantastic

The room was well-appointed. I had a balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay, and I was thrilled to step onto the terrace and enjoy the breezes from the Bay. The bathroom was fantastic and filled with things we might have forgotten like bath sponges and hairbrushes and other bits and bobs. I miss that courtesy in America -- I would have probably had to pay $10 for the hairbrush I took. The tub was deep and had sturdy handles to help me get out after a long day at Disney. My only "complaint" is the bed was a little hard. But I'm a back sleeper and it worked fine for me. The staff is amazing -- you so much as look like you are thinking about what to do, and they rush over, ready to help. It's going to be hard to go back to hotels in America where no one helps, the rooms are mid and everyone (in the US) expects a tip for nothing.

Very clean and good location

Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!

In a more business area. Free shuttle bus to the train station which was very convenient

I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. Felt like solving a maze. I love the two bar floors. Just like what I remembered from the film “List in Translation.”
