South Auckland Kid friendly Vacations

Was one night only, near to meeting venue.

Smell noted in room. Restaurant not very good.

Had lunch at he lobby restaurant. Appreciate the attendant taking my order but when I asked him about specifics about the food he simply said to me that he knew nothing about the food and he had never eaten at the restaurant which was a discouraging. Also the food took over a half an hour to be received. I had to get a server to provide me a time of arrival. I stayed here three times, I think I made get change to a different hotel next time.

Hotel foyer area is new and modern but room was very out dated, carpets in hallways looked dirty. The pillows in our room had a mouldy smell.

The airport shuttle was a great benefit. Great overnight stay, close to airport. We took an Uber into center city, it can get costly but it was only for 1 day. The hotel restaurant 's food was excellent however some of the wait staff were inexperienced and lack training but overall I would recommend this hotel.
