Executive room. Not set up for three. Took an hour to be set up and bedding had stains on. Took 45 minutes to get through to reception and then for the covers to be remade for our child. Really poor service

The hotel was very convenient and it was rather large. It’s an older property but well maintained. The breakfast was very nice so I recommend getting it. It was also convenient because the airport buses come right through there. From the moment I checked in the staff at the front desk were very kind and very helpful. I especially give a shout out to Shane, who gave me a lot of helpful information and made me feel very comfortable when I arrived. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Spa facilities are good but note that swimming slots need to be pre booked.
Location is outside main London but has parking if you drive and bus stop outside hotel, tube station within 20 mins.
