Everything was fantastic! Great staff & a very comfy stay. Great location for accessing London with the Elizabeth line being a 10 minute bus ride away. I did have an issue with my ironing board being broken & the tv wasn’t working when I first arrived but informed reception & both issues were rectified within 20 minutes so no complaints at all 😊

9/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
I’ve stayed here for many years and always had a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds and good rooms. The hotel is well situated, close to rail and underground like. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
My room is starting to show its age. For example, the carpet and bathroom faucet could use some attention.
