The room was well appointed though it let a lot of sound in, both from the street and other rooms. Bathrooms could do with a refresh, but otherwise functional.

Room is suitable for couple travelling. The property undergoing renovation. Good Breakfast.

They have not released the 150 pounds of security deposit after 8 days. Please follow up.

Clean room and helpful staff. Not ideally located if you want to travel into central London on public transport

I only spent a few hours to sleep during a layover, but the experience was great and the location was convenient, although quite a walk from my terminal.

Friendly staff was exceptional at handling all of my requests during the stay.

the plumbing needs attention. Bath would not drain...took all night. Room comfortable, breakfast good, but very over priced.

The hotel was perfectly located for the Hammersmith Odeon,the room was clean but a little tired, the bed was very comfortable,parking was awesome situated underneath the hotel I didn't have any time to use the amenities or have breakfast in the morning. The stand out for me was the staff, everyone I interacted with were delightful and couldn't have been more helpful, I would stay here again purely for the staff wonderfully trained and just the right amount of interaction with me without that feeling of falseness you get elsewhere
