Only issue was the room next to me through the connecting door being loud, nothing bad about the hotel.

A wonderful hotel but be prepared for an insurance fee at arrival

Everything about the property was great, including sining at the sun dial restaurant, except Valet. They are scammers and have attitudes. They charged me for 3 nights and i only stayed there 2 nights. My card was on file for the front desk amd they still charged me an extra $60 afrlter payong $120 to get my card out and the front desk stated they cant do anything about it because its a separate entity

The people at the front desk and in the breakfast area were all lovely. They were very helpful and went above and beyond in answering my questions. They always greeted me with a smile when I left in the morning and returned in the evening. The property itself is in a very convenient location downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The gym was well-equipped. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in downtown Atlanta.

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. As for the room, it was cozy, comfortable and had Diptyque products that I really enjoyed. My only qualm - and it's by no.means the fault of the RC - would be with the neighborhood. While it is convenient to many ATL tourist spots - CC Museum and Georgia Aquarium - it's not the best area to walk around after dark with a fair share of homelessness. But I had none of these issues during the day. In summary, I would definitely recommend this hotel as long as your sole ambition is to walk around and galavant in the area in the late hour's of the evening
