Nice as always. But lobby is very understaffed.

This was our second visit to the State Hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first. It had everything we needed for our visit to Seattle: beautiful room, professional and friendly staff, and a rooftop with an amazing view. We’ll be back!

We LOVED this hotel!! We came from the W Seattle the night before. The views are incredible, the lounge / reception area was a great place to hang out and the food was AMAZING. The bay view rooms especially are phenomenal. I'd probably choose a bay view before an upgraded room if given the choice. (We had an upgraded room and my parents got a beautiful bay view with their standard choice!). All in all, we were very impressed and would choose this hotel again in a minute!

Restrooms smelt terrible, no vent in there which caused it to smell like mold & same for the closet a very mildew smell to it. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient as well as no microwave. Having to pay for valet parking at a ridiculous price because they can’t afford to give their guest free parking. Unfortunately the stay was so terrible that we plan to never go to Seattle again or stay at any of the Hilton hotels from now on.

From staff to cleanliness, everything was perfect. There was flexibility with a quiet room for my birthday celebration and treats waiting at the room. Snack bar in the rooms came in handy and the amenities smelled great. Room was super cute!

Everything about this stay is awesome. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The facility, especially the rooms are very clean. The location is great with local iconic places to eat and drink.
