We have stayed there before but this time wasn’t that great. I had to phone 3 times in a row ringing ringing ringing to the front desk to ask a simple question. And something was on our whole bathroom floor….. sticky. I had to soak a towel and wash it…. Don’t know what that was???

This hotel is beautiful and very easily located near the cruise terminal. It was a little tricky finding the front door but our taxi driver knew where we needed to go. We were able to walk around quite a lot and walked to the cruise terminal the morning of our cruise. wonderful restaurants in the area.

The Loden Hotel is the most lovely hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at some very fine hotels.
It is a beautiful, relaxing, hideaway right with a fantastic location. The staff was incredible, warm, helpful, and available.
The room was gorgeous. Bed comfortable. Valet parking was speedy and easy.
