We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent.
Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

Phenomenal gym for a hotel. For anyone who likes to keep up with their workouts while at a hotel, this is the place.
Everything else was great too, the service from the front desk was always pleasant and helpful. It is an apartment-style hotel that doesn't do daily room cleanings, so just something to keep in mind.
