Shower curtain was not long enough so that the rest of the bathroom got very wet.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Warm welcoming rooms, plenty of space and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The property was not clean, with food marks on walls and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. Floors were dirty.

Great staff and location

We stayed for 3 days and really liked the place. It was generally clean and good value. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was it is a bit dated and the bed was a bit small for such a big room (garden view). Good location next to river and 25 mins from cbd.

Beautifully designed hotel with very generously sized rooms, and fantastic amenities. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, however bar staff were rude. Really love the hotel, but soundproofing between rooms is terrible - had to change rooms because of noise, but both rooms had the same noise problem.

Staff, Pool, Spa and breakfast are the highlights

The room is generally matched with what it was listed. Pretty spacious and clean on arrival. Great location. Overall experience was good. The only disappointment was I called the night before to the staff that I have extended and paid for another two nights, wishing to keep the same room stays. However I still got waken up by their morning call from the front desk asking me to check out. It seems there’s no communication between shifts or proper documentation from the night staff. Else I request to do the housekeeping, expecting the bathroom floor will be cleaned as well but the hairs were still on the floor.

Nice comfortable room in a good location, but the bathroom was strange. Sliding walls to close it off were cumbersome to use. This could have been designed better. Lights are a bit of challenge as they are push buttons that down always click…. Shower was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Older building with single pane windows that let all the outside sound in - I could hear the pigeons outside and garbage pick up (which seems to be every night between 3:00 and 5:00 am). Location is awesome - as long as you want to be right in the middle of town. Appreciated the laundry but needed cash (A$) to get coins from front desk. Could not charge to credit card.
