Southeast Denver Kid friendly Vacations

Was very clean, staff was friendly too. They have a restaurant and bar on site and you can pay an additional fee per person to have breakfast each day, they also serve dinner (we didn’t eat on site and there too many other places we wanted try). There’s a patio with a fire pit for relaxing off the lobby, very cute They charge additional fees for nightly parking that were not mentioned when we booked, make sure to ask about it!

Unfortunately the front desk staff really impacted our stay in a negative way. After having prepaid for a reservation a month prior, we were told only AFTER our deposit was taken the room we had was not available and only downgrades were available. This however wasn't actually true, after speaking with the general manager, the room I had reserved was suddenly available and waiting on us. The room was double booked, and to Dan and Phil who also booked the room and the unpleasant experience that went with it, I do hope you were comped well. If Populus wants to compete with establishments such as The Crawford, the front desk and operations will need to improve considerably.

The rooms were very clean, staff were excellent to communicate with. The restaurant downstairs was amazing! Highly recommend!
