Parking was very frustrating there’s no clear signs of where to park, and then we realized we get free valet parking with our reservation but the valet personnel was so reluctant to help us. It took us 30 minutes to check in, and it took the house keeping AN HOUR to bring the extra bedsheets for the pullup couch that’s in our room after asking for it 4 times once during check in and the rest on the phone! It was a very frustrating experience when u arrive after 14 hours of plflying and all u wanna do is go to bed but u can’t! For that soul reason i’m giving the hotel 3 stars.

Great hotel, but there were two things that I didn't love. The pool is super shallow, you can barely swim in it, and when I ordered room service they wanted to charge me about 50% more than the prices showed. Not great. I don't think I would stay here again

Very nice hotel within an office tower. The hotel starts on the 18th floor. Very nice views, very nice rooms. Welcoming staff.

As a former, now retired, resort manager, I spent a lovely 8 day getaway at the hotel over the recent holiday season. I was completely impressed with the hotel facilities and thoroughly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast but it was the staff that made my stay a truly fantastic one, because if the staff feels like 'family', the hotel feels like 'home'. In the lobby I'd like to give a special shout-out of thanks to Dana, Berna, Margaret, Gloria and the ever helpful Gul; in the breakfast restaurant a nod of appreciation to Marie and the ever lovely Letticia; up in Rays bar Emmerich was an amazing manager with Franklin keeping the guests smiling and cleaning my room I give a fond nod to Mohammed and San San who kept my sweet suite sparkling. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to make a return visit- thank you all again and best wishes to the whole staff for a healthy and happy 2026! Mr. Klaus. Hotel isn’t in a tourist area but sufficient. It’s clean, tidy, good facilities and easily accessible. We were very pleased with the hotel staff and standards.
