Hotel was amazing, parking is only valet and the breakfast isn’t worth it but there’s a breakfast place nearby which is perfect. Will definitely come back

We were not aware that there is a street parking spot right in front of the hotel for unloading our bags. Information on off-site parking should be offered automatically.
In the suite all the blinds are in terrible shape, and some cannot be closed. The bathroom door knob is very worn out.
More coffee, sugar and cream bags should be available for at least the duration of the stay.

The L’Hotel was the perfect place to stay. It’s in a great location, near lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is extremely clean and quiet. Our room was huge and the beds were beyond comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

We had a great weekend at the Sofitel!
The hotel is central and is an easy walk to Rue St Catherine for shopping, Old Montreal and Rue St Laurent.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay again!
