Legacy Trail Kid friendly Vacations

The main thing we hated is we were told to call guest services for a cart to pick us and our luggage up and was on hold 15 minutes then they hung up. We had a 9 am all day mtg at the hotel and had to check out and put our luggage in the car beforehand and their system of no cars on property made this a logistical hell.

This is our second time to stay here - demo / construction has been going on with the properties on each side but it’s understandable considering the hurricane(s) a few years ago. We would still highly recommend and the demo to the south should be finishing up asap. Get with Kevin on the beach for your chairs / umbrellas - he’s wonderful!

We booked this to start our Anniversary trip, but were sadly disappointed. At the front desk, I was asked if I wanted the balcony to overlook the parking lot and I was very shocked that she was asking since it was our anniversary and I booked a balcony room. We were told we were “upgraded” but our room was tiny-balcony was beautiful though. The first night, we had a screaming baby next door. We let the front desk know. The following night, we had someone yanked at the door in between our room at 2am. I reported it via text. Just an apology. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the sink didn’t drain. I tried calling the front desk and was told I would get called back in 10 minutes. No call. All day. The next morning I wanted to know if we could have late checkout and addressed the other issues. I was told the managers were in a meeting to call back. Finally today I get a call from a manager and explained. The day we checked out. That doesn’t make your trip when you aren’t there anymore. She credited us some money. They are also going through major renovations which they desperately need.

Very clean, spacious and wonderfully located hotel.

Fantastic property! I felt like a rich, young, beautiful influencer lol very nice amenities from rooftop hot tub, to sparkling water on tap, to quality shampoos. The rooms with a shared living room would be an excellent choice when traveling with a group.
