The staff and property were great! No issues other than parking is not easy to find in the evenings and the back parking lot is extremely dark. Also, not sure why we have to pat another $22 to parking at the hotel, ot should be included.

The main thing we hated is we were told to call guest services for a cart to pick us and our luggage up and was on hold 15 minutes then they hung up. We had a 9 am all day mtg at the hotel and had to check out and put our luggage in the car beforehand and their system of no cars on property made this a logistical hell.

Last minute stay due to a flight cancellation, super close to Tampa Airport, arrived in time to eat in their bar / good food and cocktail, room cool quiet clean and very comfortable.
