Great location. Beautiful hotel

The greatest disappointment of my experience at Nobu has not been the facilities, but the management. Throughout my stay, I encountered managers whose responses felt dismissive, discourteous, and lacking in empathy. The nighttime management and guest experience support were particularly disappointing, especially when I needed assistance with urgent situations. What makes this experience so frustrating is that the employees working directly with guests are truly extraordinary. From reception and housekeeping to the attendants delivering towels, restaurant servers, and in-room dining staff, I was consistently treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. I extended my stay because of these wonderful people, not because of management. I am not asking for special treatment. I simply expect the respect, attention, and professionalism that every guest deserves, especially at a hotel carrying the Nobu name. The staff made me feel welcome. Management made me question whether I would ever return.
