There was noise from both other rooms and hotel personal working at the corridors.
Also, waiting at Laurel Court as a hotel restaurant because of a lot of people visiting the hotel really doesn’t make sense.
Room TV is small and very old for long stays.

Everything was very lovely.
It’s SF so you are right downtown. However, the games and some of the lobby furniture condition was subpar. No sand in the shuffleboard and the soccer balls for the soccer plinko we’re all deflated. Half of the furniture in the lobby was in poor condition, including the upstairs lounging area.

The hotel was really nice from inside and very close to Union Square and Market Street. The rooms were a bit small but very well equipped. Smeg refrigerator and a Nespresso machine with a lot of coffee capsules. The room was clean.
