Herron Island Kid friendly Vacations

Would recommend.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was very quiet ( no noise from the top floor bar or elevator as other travelers described). Perfect location, walkable to everything in U District.

Would have been helpful to know that the only way to get into a room before 4pm was to pay the $25 upcharge.

Prior to coming to Seattle, I contacted the hotel with all of our travel information, including that our flight was supposed to arrive at 9 pm and through that email, we had arranged to be picked up by the hotels third party transportation. Our flight got delayed by an hour and the transportation was keeping in contact with me, as he knew the flight was delayed, so we could meet. Unfortunately, when we were collecting our baggage, the front desk of the hotel called me to ask if we were still checking in tonight. They should have known as I had already sent an email to tell them and they arranged the transportation.

We arrived at the hotel early, tired and frazzled from our flight, but the staff provided first-class service from the moment we walked through the door. The attendants brought our luggage to the check-in counter, and the front desk stored it while we explored Seattle. When we returned, our bags were neatly arranged in our room. Communication was excellent, and the service at the bar was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions, and the coffee was crafted to perfection. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we only wish our schedule had allowed us to stay longer. We will definitely be back on our next trip!
