Oak Island Kid friendly Vacations

Loved this property. Family friendly hotel with beautiful rooms and pool facilities. Off the strip but still in walking distance of plenty restaurants. Would definitely return.

It’s a one stop shop. There is so much to do. You never have to leave the resort! The shopping , the restaurants, the pools, and the indoor walk to the Sphere. It’s very convenient.

We were disappointed that there were not enough electrical outlets next to the side of the bed.The ones near the bed were already used by a lamp & clock.

I felt this hotel was just average not really luxury I've stayed in Marriott hotels that were a lot fancier was not happy about the $400 hold on my credit card for what the room I had had hair on the floor hair in the shower and the hot water didn't work if you look around there is a lot of dust like no heavy cleaning is done those Dusty boxes of snacks that they are trying to charge you for is ridiculous if you have a kid in a room and they accidentally knock it off that sensor and it takes you more than 30 seconds to put it back they're going to charge you.

It is high class hotel with all necessary amenities in it. Technically it is fresh and new property. The staff is well trained , special thanks to Jean Michel - receptionist , he is polite and friendly, our request was followed right away, that is the best way to show highest level of hospitality. Really impressed , definitely this is the hotel you are looking for.

Overall property is really nice, daily parking is fairly inexpensive but the staff were not very friendly. When I arrived the girl behind the counter did not acknowledge me for a full 15 minutes. She then left the office and as she walked away said oh someone will help you. 10 more minutes later someone came to fill check me in. Room was clean except for the bathroom shower which was so dirty that I did not use it. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t worth it to report. Overall I would recommend for a short stays only.

It was our first time staying at your resort and we love it

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!
