I have very comfortable time in Melrose hotel. Everything was excellent. Thank you.

The front desk staff dealt with a lot and you could tell they were stressed. The bellmen were all very kind. The breakfast was delicious and the bar downstairs excellent.

Amazing room, clean and spacious.

The business center options could use a bit more attention. Ancient printer placed on a high counter that could barely be reached. Otherwise, nice people, clean (if small) rooms, excellent (expensive) food.

Location was the best. Staff is very nice.

The Jefferson absolutely lived up to and exceeded its stellar reputation. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. Every single staff member we came into contact with greeted us warmly — genuinely welcoming, not scripted. The highlight was when the manager personally came to our room to wish my wife a happy birthday and surprised her with macaroons and a handwritten birthday card. That level of thoughtfulness made the stay feel personal and unforgettable. Even small details didn’t go unnoticed. The doorman took the initiative to make sure our Uber pulled fully into the hotel driveway so we wouldn’t have to step out into the cold such a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about their attentiveness and care. We could not have been more impressed. This is hospitality done right elegant, warm, and intentional. We will absolutely be back.
