Shower was leaking, Door of the shower always opened by itself, so could not close. They gave a voucher for not having to clean the room, which i found when i came back in the evening (bar was closed at this point), next day in the mronign i wanted to redeem it, they said not valid anymore. There was no accessible Plug near the bed.

We really loved the location of this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Great coffee right across the street (Sana’a Cafe). Within walking distance to the ferry and cute shops. I will definitely stay here again!
