We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

had a wonderful stay at the Paradox Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. I loved the size of the room — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — and the access to amenities made everything incredibly convenient. The location was perfect as well, close to everything I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Every time I stay here it is a 10/10 experience. Staff are friendly, room has everything, clean, comfortable, and there many little surprise and delight moments.

For a high end hotel it was disappointing that one of the phones did not work, no bar soap in the bathroom, ordered room service and although the food was tasty it was luke warm including the coffee. The swimming pool and hot tub need maintenance. The jets barely worked and the tiles need repair.

The location was perfect for my purposes across from the Orphium theatre. However, there seemed to be a heating issue in my romm which averaged 18C.
