Good sized room with immaculate, bright bathroom and 2 very comfortable double beds. Shower was high pressure and nice and hot.

Fabulous location great breakfast. Room wonderful would definately stay again.

It was a very good location. London Tower is only a few steps away. We stayed at the third floor on first night which was smaller and sink wasn’t working properly. We moved to 4th floor on second night and it was good. Would recommend this place to a friend.

Good Breakfast, easy access and good location

I stayed here one night before catching a flight back to London. The hotel sits on beautiful property. I saw quite a bit of wildlife and spent a couple hours bird watching whilst there. There appeared to be a lot of activities available besides the obvious golf. I ate dinner in the Brasserie and had breakfast in the main restaurant. The service was good; the food was okay.The room had ample space, was well laid out, and had important amenities: tea kettle and fridge. My only issues were: 1. The room was tired -- especially the bathroom. There was moldy grout and it needed a remodel; 2. The sound proofing between rooms was poor. When the guest above me walked around it sounded like I had an elephant on my ceiling; and I could hear the people next door. It's a big hotel -- there were tour buses and golf tourists. I don't know if I'd stay here again.

I had to argue to get the a decent room. No refill of water bottles despite asking for. If service improve they will be five.
