Stayed here for 10 nights. 4 nights room was not cleaned. Toilet not working had to remove cistern at top to flush toilet. Shower was barely a trickle of water. Lights not on at top of stairs,nearly broke my leg. Had to use mobile phone with torch to open door with key. Eventually moved to another room for 4 nights which was better but not much. Room not cleaned again for 2 nights. An absolute deplorable hotel.

"The hotel is under new management. They did not receive my payment through hotel.com, and I had to pay in cash a second time. The hotel.com staff refused to refund my payment because they could not reach the hotel by phone. This is very strange."
