Furniture and bed completely worn out. No duvet or cover on bed. Only soft chair was dirty. Office chair was cheap and flimsy and too short, This room is badly I need of a refresh. Cannot recommend.

Our room was noisy at times with a vibrating noise from somewhere even during the night. The staff at El Dorado Hotel serving breakfast were not very practical and professional. I also received a ticket from indigo while staying there which made me really upset and stressed out. The manager of the hotel did not attend to it right away by sending me a text message mentioning the ticket has been taken care of. But overall, everything else was fine. This was the first time I was staying at this hotel.
