Love this place. Great location & the staff is awesome. Thanks to Megan for being so nice the tomes we have stayed there. We will be back.

For the price and the fact that there are "resort" fees, I was very disappointed. The bed linen had old stains, there were strands of hair on one of our beds, and the room was ant infested. My wife and I tolerated it since we were in need of a getaway, but this is not the standard you'd expect at this price point. The ice machine in the hallway was down, and I did not want to walk to the next building. Fortunately, the housekeeper on our floor was very kind and took care of that for me — she was the bright spot of our stay. Lastly, I was very concerned with my invoice. I was never told that I'd be receiving daily resort and service fees. Not to mention that the front desk charges $15 for room service without any warning, meanwhile we are tipping as well. I felt that was sneaky and unprofessional. Guests deserve full transparency on all charges at check-in.

One of the beds had a giant blood stain on it. Room was dirty. Staff were not helpful. Got random charges on my credit card. I tried resolving them nobody helped.
