Great staff, good breakfast. Bathrooms with tub not so good. Loose holder and hard to shower with one hand holding your shower. Both nights different rooms same deal with bathroom. Rest was great.

The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Loved the huge shower. The breakfast offered many selections. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Very clean property with lots of greenery, food options at the restaurant, and a convenient location. The staff were polite and very proactive in terms of asking us for any special dietary requirements. Special call out to the staff at restaurant (Tra My & Ang) and at reception (Phu Ong), who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the villa upgrade as well. It was spacious, clean and loaded with lot of amenities like sauna, etc. Enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again!

This our third time at the Rex . They really make the effort for a nice stay . The pool is perfect , the am breakfast is extensive and tasty . The location in the heart of D1 surpasses staying at the VINhome complex ( we have done that as well )

The hotel is location is excellent as it is nearby the main attractions in Hanoi or a short taxi ride away. The staff are wonderful and friendly, even gave us suggestions such as places to eat. Overall, we have a good time during our stay. However, the hotel might consider updating and better maintenance of their fixtures.

It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, making for a comfortable and hygienic stay. Breakfast: The included breakfast was a highlight—tasty, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. There was a great selection of both local and international dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The quality and freshness of the food were excellent. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to assist with any questions or requests, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Overall, the Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa delivered a pleasant and satisfying experience. The combination of cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and attentive service made my stay enjoyable.
