The property was clean and the staff was helpful. The outside of the hotel had much to be desired. The hotel was surrounded by businesses and warehouses, not too many restaurants around. The major drawback was the fact the entire hotel AC was not working. During the day in June it was hot and unbearable. The did have some fans but not enough for the entire hotel. It made sleeping uncomfortable at night. Once they gave us a fan, it was a bit more manageable but not ideal.

Everything was good other than cleanness of the room bathroom and shower had molds. Bed bugs and bites was the result of it.

Nice place near airport

Rooms were good. But bathroom is not. Not much space to keep your toiletries. Shower stall was small. The front desk said they are planning to renovate. Staff was very nice.

Great stay in a beautiful and elegant hotel. Very historic and centrally located. Staff is great and always willing to help.

They didn't respond to questions about laundry and shuttle. There is no airport shuttle as listed. They will arrange a taxi from and to the airport. There are no laundry facilities, just a send away service that is expensive. Great food spot across the street but be careful crossing the round about to there.

Nice, clean and spacious hotel. Close to Malpensa airport. If you’re English speaking, make sure to walk with a translator app.
