Bermuda Railway Trail Golf Vacations

The Azura was the perfect place to stay for a quiet vacation. The location was not necessarily walkable to much but getting Transporation to get anywhere was easy with the assistance of the staff. I wish there were more dining options but what was offered was delightful. My only concern was around an issue with one of the bathrooms in our room. Upon reporting issue, they sent someone to check while we were out and upon returning, we found that the water had been shut off and we could not use for the duration of the trip. While they did offer us some compensation, I would've liked some notification, update, etc. rather than just returning back to resort late at night to find out water was shut off. Just minor inconveniences. All in all, this was a beautiful resort & the experience was amazing. Will most certainly return.

The staff was aware that we are celebrating our 51st Anniversary this year, so we received a nice gift of a bubbly and a cheese tray! Very nice touch and thoughtful! Restaurant 1609 serves very good food & we enjoyed excellent burgers for 2 lunches in a row! Although we found that charging us an extra $2.00 for a few slices of tomatoes is really silly! The bedroom is OK. The bathroom: the light flickers but no one came to fix. The hand-held shower cannot be fixed to the wall stand & fell often. The water flow was a bit weak. Please DO NOT publish our names, but rather use "elderly couple from Canada". Thank you.

THE OWNER AND STAFF PAID ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL OF OUR STAY. THEY ORGANIZED TRANSPORTAION AND MADE SURE OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT. THE FACILTY BEACH BAR WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. THE FOOD WAS TOP NOTCH.

First off, the rooms at The Loren are large, beautifully appointed, and the bathrooms spacious and well lit. The ocean views from the 2nd floor rooms are as good as promised - we stayed in the main building and the waves crashing on the beach were literally 20 feet away. The main cocktail bar is a bit of a disappointment; it felt like it was an afterthought by the architect. It's tucked away in a corner on a floor below reception and above the restaurant. Sadly, it's not an inviting location to have a drink. The front desk crew are pleasant and willing to help but they seemed ill trained and uncertain as to what to do when we asked for assistance with a couple of issues. One simple task that never made it to the right person - despite being written down and passed along - was booking a taxi for our trip to the airport the next day. We had learned to double check on requests run thru the front desk... and sure enough the bellman was never informed of our "confirmed" request for a taxi. Note - we stayed in room 203, in the main building. The penthouse is above this and the other rooms on the floor. There was a family with young children staying there for our last 2 nights, and every morning, afternoon, and early evening it sounded like a herd of elephants had been set free. If you get assigned a 2nd floor suite in this section make sure to inquire about who, if anyone, is staying in the penthouse. Please, no kids.
