Nice boutique hotel that is very nice. It seemed to cater to a younger crowd as there was a DJ each evening in the restaurant area. It was also a bit of a trek (20-30 minute walk) to sites such as the Opera House and The Rocks but I loved walking through the city and the parks. For me as an older solo traveler, a hotel nearer The Rocks would have been better. The staff at Ace was quite nice.

Bathroom was impressive to see but not practical. Everything was wet after a shower. Breakfast was a big issue. Not enough workers, coffee ran out and took forever to refill, tables were not cleaned off well. Bad service for the cost.

It’s a great location. Easy access to everything by walking. Wish breakfast was a little better.

The luxury is unparalleled. Great location, and rooms overlooking the clock tower.

It was okay. It was our third stay and we have found each stay to be a little more underwhelming than the last. Booked a deluxe twin and it felt anything but deluxe, not facing Darling Harbour but into office buildings at the back of the hotel. Bedside table and desk with patches of something sticky on them. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Clean room and good facilities in a great location

The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a one night stay. We took the wrong train to get there so walked further than necessary. But that was our fault as it was clearly stated in the email which station to go to. The bus stop for the airport was half a block away which was very convenient. Suggest the bus if going to the airport to save money as the train is 8x the price. Downside was there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. Bros Kebab was awesome! There was also no breakfast so best to stock up before you get there.
