Hotel is in what they call old city (area looks colonial). There are many stores in the area for shopping. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. The pool was beautiful and I had a great time using the on site spa. The rooftop restaurant had good food and live entertainmen. The hotel was well kept.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt regency Panama City. The hotel was so clean, staff very friendly and location was very central. Erika the hospitality manager made our stay extra special with her kindness and willingness to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed! And as a bonus, the price is very reasonable for a 5 star hotel!
