"Well located, clean and safe! But most important was the staff, Anna was the person who kindly attended to us and was fully available to meet our needs and willing to help with a tip or any other kind of inquiry I may have. Breakfast was freshly made by a young lady Janelle who also had a smile on her face. In summary really pleased with Tortugas B&B - great customer service - I will definitely come back again in future. Huge thanks again !"

"A Wonderful Stay at Lula’s Bed & Breakfast! We spent three wonderful days at Lula’s Bed & Breakfast on Isla Colón in Bocas del Toro. From the moment we booked, Alan and Tammy were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and greatly appreciated the early check-in. Our deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and plenty of room to relax. The common areas were nice, and we enjoyed connecting with fellow travelers over breakfast. The location was ideal—just a six-minute walk from the airport, in a quiet area, yet within easy walking distance of the lively town center, restaurants, and local attractions. Alan was an exceptional host, offering great advice and recommendations while making us feel genuinely welcome. We also enjoyed the three beautiful dogs, Buster, Lev, and Max, who added an extra touch of charm to our stay! We recommend Lula’s to anyone visiting Bocas del Toro. With comfortable accommodations, a welcoming atmosphere, a great location, and wonderful hosts, it’s a fantastic place to stay. We would happily return!"

"an exceptional wellness hotel, small in size and giant in exceptional and Service and Luxury and the things you can’t buy like peace and quiet and freedom from screeching, ill-mannered young children. It was an added bonus to find out the hotel was child-free. We have stayed at some amazing luxury properties, but the bug bear is always the screaming children and I’m talking, screaming and howlering and racing around and hogging all the attention and the parents do nothing but look at their phones. The amazing wellness spa is incredible the treatments world class, the setting phenomenal. You’ll see this from the photos anyway but what makes this place truly special is the absolute passion and purpose behind its creation and the way that you are treated throughout your stay. The food at the restaurant is incredible and the complementary breakfast exceptional the only negative that I would say is that it like most of panama The resort doesn’t seem to have a care about no smoking and no vaping and that was unpleasant people smoking around you including they let people come for day passes so all sorts of nomadic people can come and use the pool smoke away and create content with their selfie sticks. I thought that the smoking was really unpleasant and quite surprising for a wellness property, but I understand not everyone will agree. I also love that there were no televisions in the rooms and the music was really Chillaxx and very pleasant to listen to not intrusive, I"

"Nice place on the other side of Bocas town but all is within walking distance in Bocas. We walked everywhere. Stores, restaurants, and beach all nearby. Would stay there again. Go to Chikita Beach and on the opposite side of the road there is a little path (paved) that goes to the hotel (half-minute walk). You can't see it from the road but it's there. Quite nice."

"Nuestra experiencia en Punta Caracol fue muy bonita. Es un lugar encantador, rodeado de naturaleza, con una ubicación privilegiada y paisajes espectaculares. Nos encantó especialmente poder hacer snorkeling y disfrutar del mar. Es un lugar maravilloso para visitar en familia, ya que los niños disfrutan muchísimo de esta experiencia. Además, su ubicación es estratégica para conocer otros lugares de Bocas del Toro. Como aspectos por mejorar, consideramos importante mencionar que las habitaciones no cuentan con refrigerador y que, para conservar algunos alimentos o cargar los teléfonos, es necesario acudir al restaurante, lo cual resulta un poco incómodo. También notamos que algunas instalaciones muestran señales de deterioro y necesitan mantenimiento para conservar la belleza del lugar. A pesar de estos detalles, nos llevamos una experiencia muy bonita en familia. Es un destino con muchísimo encanto y potencial. Con algunas mejoras en sus instalaciones y comodidades, la experiencia sería aún más especial. ¡Sin duda, un lugar que disfrutamos mucho y que recordaremos con cariño!"

"Keeping in mind the value for money, this was our review of a 5 day stay in the over water villa. The Great: The property itself carries the weight of this resort. The villa was spacious with amazing views and the flexibility to spend 24/7 in your villa if you wished through room service, swimming, and water activities. Bar and Food were both great, from friendly staff to an extensive menu and flexibility to make substitutions. The spa is exceptional, situated in a tree house with breathtaking views and a variety of services. Seemless transportation from the airport. Where it fell short: Construction: While any property requires maintenance, the selling feature of relaxation and privacy in your villa is lost with workers consistently working on the decks around you or on neighbouring villas with loud power tools. No notice given or reparations for all the disturbances. Attention to detail: At this price level, and considering there are only 20 guests at any time on the resort, we had experiences like spelling my name wrong, dirty curtains in the villa, staff not following up. Additionally after 2 days of asking for hot sauce with breakfast, or sugar with coffee, it felt odd to have to continue to ask all 5 days. Consistency: I do acknowledge the resort on an island, and perhaps some ingredients are difficult to get. But ordering the same menu item or drink does get you the same thing every day. For example drinks blended or not, quesadilla meat flavour, and sides."
